Our approach to credit assistance involves us gaining a thorough understanding of your situation and establishing your needs and objectives for the credit that you are seeking. Our team of dedicated and experienced credit and finance advisors will only recommend a loan where we believe there is a benefit to the applicant.
We comply with guidelines set out by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act. (NCCP). All our credit and finance advisors are required to follow ethical and professional practices and receive regular product and compliance training as part of industry requirements.
Upon initial contact, we’ll discuss generally what you are looking for, your circumstances, and your general financial position including any known credit history.
We can arrange to meet or discuss further by phone depending on circumstances. Throughout the loan application process we will then assist you in working through the assessment process from start to finish and offer post settlement support service for the life of your loan.
Common documents you will receive from us during your loan application process include;
Our preliminary assessment contains a series of questions and fact finding information that enables us to assess and understand your requirements and objectives in relation to the loan you seek.
Our credit quote document outlines the maximum fees and charges payable that may be payable when engaging our services for credit assistance.
Our statement of credit assistance document includes your preliminary assessment information and your credit proposal disclosure document which sets out the estimated costs of your proposed credit including disclosure to you of any commissions we may receive or pay to third parties. Your statement of credit assistance document will also include comprehensive information on your financial situation, requirements & objectives, preferences and priorities and lender eligibility in relation to the credit your seek.
